Rich Hotel - Jeju

The hotel's location was perfect to relax by the sea, and it was conveniently close to the airport. the spacious rooms were clean and offered a stunning view of the water. the bathroom was spotless, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. There were nearby restaurants, a Starbucks, and a convenience store for added convenience.

The hotel could work on improving soundproofing in the rooms to minimize noise disturbances.

Spacious room with beautiful ocean view. Lovely bathtub for couples. Easy access to bus and Jeju Olle routes. Jacuzzi was amazing. Pleasant walks along the beach.

Easter at this hotel was a great experience! The view from the room was amazing, we could see the sea and hear its sound all the time. The location was perfect, there was a Starbucks nearby and a seafood restaurant we visited and loved. Another plus was the tall ceiling which made the room feel very spacious.

While our stay was great, there were a couple of minor issues. The room was not as clean as we expected, we found dust in some areas.

We loved waking up to the sound of waves and seeing the beautiful sea view from our modern and clean room. The hotel's location near the airport and sea made it easy for us to take walks around the area. We also appreciated the staff's assistance with providing us with wine glasses and a bottle opener.

The newly renovated hotel had a modern and stylish design, with a tall ceiling, made the room feel spacious. The lighting system added a cool ambiance to the room. And to top it off, the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Plus, I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and the abundance of fresh towels. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and comfortable accommodations.

The bed was a bit hard, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. the front desk staff did not seem to be following proper safety protocols during this time, as one staff member was not wearing a mask.
